This partial scholarship request form is for DESTINY DISCOVERS SPLASH CAMP at Destiny Sacramento ONLY.

Scholarship Application Criteria
Scholarship applications are reviewed based on the following key factors, though not limited to these, and priority will be given accordingly.
Campers must meet at least one of the following:
1. Be registered and regularly attending Destiny Kids at Destiny Sacramento or Destiny Rocklin, including Sunday and/or midweek services.
2. Be currently enrolled at Destiny Christian Academy (Sacramento) or Destiny Christian School (Rocklin).
3. Demonstrate a financial need as indicated on the scholarship application.
4. Be a part of a family with multiple campers attending, where financial assistance would signicantly help.
5. Be commited to attend and fully participate in Splash Camp.
Additional information:
* A partial scholarship covers a portion of the registration dues per camper.
* Partial scholarships are limited in number and subject to availability.
* ONE partial scholarship assistance PER IMMEDIATE FAMILY.
* A contribution of $10, per camper, per family, is required to support partial scholarship funding.
After you submit the partial scholarship request, you will be contacted by email with the results of your request and instructions to register your campers using the contribution cost.
